Shipping

 

We ship worldwide! All prices shown are in Hong Kong dollars.

 

For overseas customers, you can use the currency converter on the product page to check the price in your own currency. Prices may vary according to the daily conversion rate. The price generated by the currency converter is for reference only.

​Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after full payment has been received, unless otherwise specified.

For Hong Kong, it will be sent by Smart Post by Hong Kong Post. Online tracking is available. Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days.

For United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, Russia, France, Germany, Norway, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Brazil, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Thailand, Spain, Philippines, Nepal, Malaysia, Indonesia, Macau and Japan, it will be sent by e-Express by Hong Kong Post. Online tracking is available. Delivery normally takes 7-14 working days (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.).

For other countries, it will be sent by Air Registered Mail. Tracking Number will be provided. Delivery to most countries should normally take 4-16 working days. For Taiwan, it normally takes 6-10 working days. For other countries, please feel free to inquire the estimated shipping time before purchase.

There may be occasions when deliveries may be delayed beyond the above estimated time.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.  Please ensure that you have provided us with your correct address. We are sorry that we will not be able to offer a refund if your order is not delivered to you due to your provision of an incorrect or incomplete address.  If your order is returned undelivered to us, we will contact you by e-mail to see if you would like your order to be delivered to you a second time, the delivery cost of which will be payable by you.

 

International orders:
Please understand that as a seller I am not responsible for any customs duty or tax charged by your government on imported goods into your country.

Loss:

For order to Hong Kong, no insurance and compensation will be provided.


For international order, in the case of loss of a mail item (if you cannot receive the item two months after the date of posting), we will request the compensation provided by the insurance of Hong Kong Post. They will compensate you in accordance with the Universal Postal Convention and its Regulations. The maximum compensation amount is US$40 for each shipment.

 

Refund / Exchange


We do hope that you are happy with our products. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us of your intention to return the item(s) by e-mail to hopnbounce@outlook.com within three days of receiving your order, and return the item(s) to us in its/their original condition and packaging with all the tags intact. Only items purchased from our website can be returned to us for a refund or exchange.  Items returned to us without the original packaging or tags intact and/or that are damaged for whatever reason will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.  


We will not be able to refund or exchange for returned items that are lost in the mail either.  We therefore strongly recommend that your returned items are sent back to us by registered air mail and/or with insurance.  You will have to bear any cost that you may incur, such as postage, insurance and packaging charges, for returning the item(s) to us. 


For refunds, we will only return the cost of the items you send back to us, excluding the postage, insurance and packing charges.


Exchange(s) may be subject to inventory availability.  If the item(s) you wish to be exchanged is/are sold out, we will arrange for a refund of the cost of such item(s), excluding the postage, insurance and packaging charges.


Orders cannot be cancelled once it is paid.
